The mission of EAP OF SOUTH FLORIDA  is to help our corporate clients maintain and enhance employees’ well-being and job performance. In order to achieve this goal we utilize an organizational development approach as reflected in the following key objectives:

•  To serve our corporate customer and its employees by providing a comprehensive system through which employees and their families can obtain assistance addressing personal problems which may affect their work performance;

•  To decrease our corporate customer costs and risk exposure associated with excessive health care benefit usage; excessive workers compensation claims; substance abuse in the workplace, absenteeism, high employee turnover, theft and high accident rates;

•  To serve as a resource for our corporate customer to intervene with employees whose personal problems affect their job performance;

•  To effectively, efficiently and professionally provide assessment, referral and follow-up services for mental health, alcohol and other drug related problems in the workplace.
